The four-part journey

We move deliberately so each seeker is seen and supported.

Every cohort is intentionally small. These steps keep the admissions process warm, dialog-driven, and respectful of your time.

Fill the online application

Share your background, daily sadhana rhythm, prior study, and what draws you to Gurukula life. The more context you give, the better we can prepare for your interview.

Outline spiritual lineage or teachers who have influenced you

Processing & scheduling

Our admissions sevadars review every form within five business days. Qualified applicants receive an email to select interview slots across global time zones.

Personal interview conversation

This dialogue is sacred. We listen to your dharmic objectives, capacity for seva, and lifestyle constraints so we can steward both your time and the Gurukulam’s resources wisely.

Tailored curriculum design

Post-interview we collaborate with faculty to craft a sadhana map that honors your temperament. Every seeker receives a blend of scriptures, kriya, seva, and mentorship pacing.

Step 3 spotlight

The interview is a satsang, not a test.

We dedicate 45–60 minutes to each seeker. You’ll speak with an Acharya or senior mentor who will ask about your inner work, health, family ecosystem, and aspirations. Bring honesty; the more transparent you are, the more personalized your next steps become.

After the interview

Designing a curriculum that matches your temperament.

We synthesize everything you shared to create a learning arc. Some seekers begin with restorative Daily Sadhana, others jump straight into scripture exegesis, seva residencies, or temple documentation labs.

Blend livestream satsangs with residential immersions when travel is possible.
Balance mantra, kriya, seva, and study hours against your family/work bandwidth.
Assign mentors who can check in on milestones and adjust practices quarterly.
